Race Info

General

The Boulder Dash is run fully off-road and involves waist high water, mud, uneven terrain, roots, undergrowth, woodland, steep slopes, loose rocks, boulders and a dark, brick tunnel approximately 50 metres in length and 1.6 metres high. For those runners who may not be comfortable running through the tunnel an alternative above ground route will be available.

Lap 1 is 4 miles and Lap 2 is a different 4 mile lap incorporating the quarry area and ponds, and as such it is more demanding.
